Insulation solutions for water mains

The supply of rubber insulation was carried out for the pumping station of the Khortytsia–Tomakivka–Marganets main water pipeline, which is an important part of the region's water supply infrastructure. The project was implemented by Avtostrada taking into account high requirements for energy efficiency and reliability of engineering systems.

The supply included sheet rubber insulation with a thickness of 9 mm for flat surfaces and pipe insulation with a thickness of 13 mm for heat and condensate protection of pipelines. The materials provide effective reduction of heat loss, protection against condensate formation and durability of equipment operation in conditions of high humidity and temperature fluctuations.

Additionally, installation accessories were supplied - rubber tape and specialized glue, which ensure the tightness of joints and reliable fixation of the insulation layer. The comprehensive solution made it possible to obtain a high-quality thermal insulation system adapted to operation at critical infrastructure facilities.
