1. Terms and definitions

The Seller, the Sanstore online store, established in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, carries out the sale of Goods remotely, including using the information and telecommunications network "Internet" through the Online Store at the address: san-store.com.ua.

User - an individual who uses the Site's services and individual functions of the Site.

The Buyer is a citizen who intends to purchase the Goods exclusively for personal, family, household and other needs not related to the conduct of entrepreneurial activities.

Distance selling of Goods is the sale of Goods under a retail purchase and sale agreement, concluded on the basis of the Buyer's familiarization with the description of the Goods offered by the Seller, the terms of payment, delivery and guarantees contained on the website of the Online Store. In accordance with Part 6 of Article 11 "On Electronic Commerce", a retail purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer completes the order placement procedure - the Buyer's acceptance of this Public offer and the Buyer's agreement with the terms of this Public Offer.

Confirmation of the conclusion of a retail purchase and sale agreement is the issuance by the Seller to the Buyer of a cash or merchandise receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.

Online store - a resource owned by the Seller, located on the Internet at the addresses: san-store.com.ua, which presents the Goods offered by the Seller for purchase, as well as information necessary for making a purchase, including: price, methods and terms of payment and delivery, addresses for self-pickup of the Goods.

The website of the Online Store, owned by the Online Store and administered by it, is a set of logically interconnected web pages containing data about the Goods and the conditions for their purchase, at the addresses: san-store.com.ua.

Personal account — the User's personal space, a personalized interface of the Site with a set of user tools for using personalized services of the Site.

Order - an electronic or oral request/application of the Buyer for the purchase of Goods from the assortment of the Online Store under the terms of this Public Offer.

Goods - products, information about which is posted on the Site.

Services - a set of measures of the Online Store in relation to the Buyer, carried out in order to fulfill the terms of the contract for the retail purchase and sale of Goods, which includes, but does not exhaust, such services as delivery of the Order to the Buyer, informing the Buyer about the process of fulfilling the contract, etc.

2. General provisions

The information posted in the Online Store on the Site at the addresses: san-store.com.ua contains the terms of the offer to purchase the Goods and constitutes a Public Offer, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” and Articles 641 - 643 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
In accordance with Part 2 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” and Articles 641 - 643 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Public Offer is an official proposal of the Seller, addressed to an unspecified circle of persons, to conclude a retail purchase and sale agreement for Goods with the Buyer, who has placed an Order.
The Order is considered to be placed and transferred to the Seller from the moment of completion of the Order placement procedure in the Online Store. The moment of completion of the Order placement procedure by the Buyer is considered to be the Buyer's acceptance of the Public Offer and the Buyer's agreement with the terms of this Public Offer.
This Public Offer may be changed by the Seller without any special notification to the Buyer/User. The new version of the Public Offer shall enter into force from the moment of its posting on the Site and shall not apply to legal relations between the Buyer and the Online Store that arose before the new version of the Public Offer was adopted, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Public Offer.

The Buyer and the Seller guarantee to each other that they have the necessary legal capacity, as well as all rights and powers necessary and sufficient for the conclusion and execution of this offer and the contract for the retail purchase and sale of the Goods. Each party is responsible for the inaccuracy of the information provided by it.
The online store is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User/Buyer when registering on the Site and when creating an Order. To place an Order, the Buyer must provide valid data necessary to fulfill the Order. The Buyer is responsible for the validity and/or relevance of the data provided, as well as for incorrect data provided by the Buyer and/or the Buyer's representative.

3. Product and purchase procedure

All text information and graphic images posted on the site are the property of the Online Store.
The goods presented in the online store, in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, have all the necessary certificates and fully comply with the norms and requirements of the legislation of Ukraine. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, before creating an Order, the Buyer must seek advice from the online store.
The photographs accompanying the Product are simple illustrations of it and may differ from the actual appearance of the Product. The quality, settings and features of the User's computer screen may distort the color scheme of the presented Product. The Product may have slight differences from the image presented on the Site in color, shape, size or other parameters. Any characteristics of the Products may be changed by the manufacturer of the Product without prior notice.
The Buyer has the right to contact the Online Store support service for additional information about the Product he is interested in. At the Buyer's request, the Seller is obliged to provide (by phone or e-mail) other information that is necessary and sufficient, from the Buyer's point of view, for him to make a decision to purchase the Product.
The following information accompanies the Goods in the Online Store: information about the main consumer properties of the Goods, the address (location) of the Seller, the place of manufacture of the Goods, the price of the Goods and the conditions for purchasing the Goods, the service life/expiration date, the warranty period.
The availability of the Goods presented in the catalog of the Online Store is determined by the individual status of the Goods displayed on the page of this Goods in the Online Store.
The price of the Goods is indicated in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnias. The Buyer is hereby informed that the sale of the Goods in the Online Store is carried out in real time (around the clock) and involves changing the price and its availability without prior notice. In this regard, the Goods are reserved for the Buyer only after the Order is processed by the Online Store.
The final price of the Goods may be reduced at the initiative of the Buyer by applying discounts subject to compliance with the terms of the Seller's promotional campaigns - Bonuses, discounts in accordance with the terms of the Seller's program.

Both Users registered on the Site and unregistered Users can place an Order through the Online Store.
The User has the right to register on the Site only 1 (one) time, i.e. can have only one Personal Account, linked to one email address.
A User who registers on the Site receives individual identification by providing a login and password to the Personal Account. Individual identification of the User allows to avoid unauthorized actions by third parties on behalf of the User and opens access to additional services of the Site.
To register, the User undertakes to provide information about himself on the questions proposed in the registration form and to keep this information up to date. If the User provides incorrect information or the Seller has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or unreliable, the Seller has the right, at its discretion, to block or delete the User's account and to deny the User the use of its services (or their individual functions).
Personal information or information contained in the User's account is stored and processed by the Seller in accordance with the terms of the agreement
The Order for the Goods can be sent by the Buyer in the following ways:
- by independently placing the Goods in the "basket", filling out the Order form;
- by calling the Customer Support Service number, indicating the Product and the main terms and conditions of its purchase.
if the Seller has the technical ability, when placing an Order, the Buyer is given the opportunity to receive SMS messages from the Seller about the status of the Order.
After placing the Order, the Buyer is provided with information about the expected delivery date of the Goods to the Buyer or the date of delivery of the Goods to the Seller's pickup point/retail store selected by the Buyer, if the Buyer selected pickup when placing the Order by sending an SMS message to the Buyer's phone number specified when placing the Order, or by phone, at the Seller's discretion.
In the event that the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Buyer's Order, informing the Buyer about this by the method of communication chosen by the Buyer as the preferred method of communication. In this case, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Order in full or in part. If the Buyer has paid for the Order in advance, in the event of a full or partial refusal of the Order, the Buyer shall be refunded the cost of the Goods that the Buyer refused by the method by which the Goods were paid.

4. Delivery or receipt of the Goods

The Seller offers delivery services for the Goods. The delivery method, type of transport, delivery terms and the cost of delivery services are indicated on the Site in the "Delivery and Payment" section.
The cost of delivery is calculated individually (based on dimensions, region, purchase amount, etc.). The total cost of the Order is communicated to the Buyer by sending an SMS message and/or is formed on the website in the personal account and/or when placing an order without registration.
The delivery area of the Goods presented on the Site and sold by the Seller is limited to the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories, including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The online store has the right to deliver the Goods using the services of third parties, while remaining responsible for the proper fulfillment of its obligations.
Upon delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or a third party specified in the Order as the Recipient (hereinafter referred to in this section as the Buyer and the third party as the “Recipient”).
If the Recipient is unable to receive the Order, in accordance with which the payment method selected is cash on delivery, the Order may be handed over to a person who can provide information about the Order number and pay the cost of the Order in full.
When delivering a prepaid Order, the courier has the right to request documents proving the identity of the Recipient in order to prevent fraud. In this case, the Online Store guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient's personal data.
At the time of acceptance of the Goods, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the Goods and check them for compliance with the declared quantity, assortment and completeness of the Goods, as well as to check the service life of the Goods and the integrity of the packaging. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of transfer of the Goods to him and the Recipient's signature on the documents confirming receipt of the Goods.
When delivering the Goods by courier, the time spent by couriers delivering the Goods to the Recipient, as well as all mutual settlements with the courier, is limited to 15 minutes of waiting for the Recipient after the courier notifies the Recipient of the arrival at the place of delivery of the Goods.
If the Order is delivered by one of the specified postal (including courier delivery) services of Ukraine, the responsibility for its preservation and the terms of its passage through the territory of Ukraine from the moment of transfer of the shipment to the postal service lies with the postal service chosen by the Buyer. Complaints about the search for postal items are considered in accordance with the rules of operation of such postal service and the current legislation of Ukraine.

5. Payment for the Goods

Payment for the Goods is made upon receipt of the Goods in cash or by bank cards.
Features of paying for the Goods using bank cards:
- According to the procedure for conducting bank card transactions, such transactions are carried out by the cardholder or a person authorized by him.
- Authorization of bank card transactions is carried out by banks. If the bank has grounds to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, the bank has the right to refuse to carry out this transaction. Fraudulent bank card transactions fall under the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
- When making a prepayment for the Goods, the Seller sends the Buyer an electronic form of a check to the Buyer's email address, which was specified when placing the Order.

6. Refusal of Goods, return of Goods and money

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the Goods - in the manner and within the terms specified in the "Exchange and Return" section of the Site.
Return of Goods of proper quality is possible in the cases and in the manner provided for in the section "Exchange and Return" of the Site.
When receiving the Order at the post office and/or by courier (including postal service), the Buyer must make sure that the outer packaging of the goods is intact and that there are no mechanical damages on it. If the above-mentioned defects are found, it is necessary to draw up a damage report together with a postal employee and conduct an autopsy and inspection of the Goods, after which all violations should be recorded in the report. After inspection, the Buyer has the right to redeem the parcel or refuse it.
When choosing to deliver the Order by mail, the Buyer may cancel the Order (refuse the Product) until the moment the Online Store transfers it to the post office . After that, cancellation of the Order is not possible.
If the Buyer refuses to receive the Goods at the post office and/or courier, the Seller must return to him the amount paid by the Buyer in accordance with the retail purchase agreement, excluding the Seller's costs for delivery (return) of the undelivered Goods no later than 10 days from the date of refusal to receive the Goods.
The refund of the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods is carried out in the same way as the payment for the Goods and its delivery was made.

7. Confidentiality and information protection

The User/Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".
When registering on the Site, the User provides the following information: name, contact mobile phone number and email address, delivery address of the goods/pick-up address of the Goods from the available list. The User provides additional or suggested data about himself at his own discretion.
The Buyer voluntarily and knowingly provides data when placing an Order in the Online Store as necessary information for the Seller to fulfill the Buyer's Order. The Seller, who processes the Buyer's personal data as necessary, has taken sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them or their destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions.
By providing their personal data to the Seller, the User/Buyer agrees to their processing by the Seller, including for the purposes of the Seller's fulfillment of its obligations to the User/Buyer within the framework of this Public Offer.
The Seller has the right to use "cookies" technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
The Seller receives information about the IP address of the Site User. This information is not used to identify the visitor and is not transferred to third parties.
Buyers and Users agree that the Seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the Buyer without additional consent from them. The Seller undertakes to prevent attempts at unauthorized access to information and/or its transfer to persons not directly related to the execution of Orders, to timely detect and stop such facts.

8. Validity period of the Public Offer

This Public Offer shall enter into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Buyer and shall remain in effect until the Buyer and Seller fulfill their obligations under the retail purchase and sale agreement for the Goods.

9. Additional Terms

The Seller has the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Buyer in full or in part to third parties without any additional agreement and notification of the Buyer, in order to ensure the timely and complete provision of goods, works, services offered to Consumers and Users on the Site.
The online store and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other work or for any other technical reasons with or without prior notice.
The legislation of Ukraine shall apply to the relationship between the User/Buyer and the Seller.
In case of any questions or complaints from the User/Buyer, he/she must contact the Seller by phone or other available means.
The parties will try to resolve all disputes that arise through negotiations; if an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The court's finding of invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not entail the invalidity of the other provisions.
The content of this offer, as well as the description of the Goods and/or the terms of purchase and use of the Goods or Goods, Services, may be subject to periodic changes and/or amendments. The Seller reserves the right to make such changes without prior agreement with the Buyers and Users.
