Terms of return of goods

We strive to provide comfortable service for our customers and guarantee compliance with your rights in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Return of goods of proper quality

You have the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase if:

• the goods were not used and retained their marketable appearance;
• the integrity of the packaging, seals, labels (if any) is preserved;
• there is a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

Goods specified in the List approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 are not subject to return.

Return of goods of inadequate quality (defective/defective):

If you find a defect or manufacturing fault, the product can be returned or exchanged.

To do this:

2. Describe the problem and, if possible, provide photo or video evidence of the defect.
3. All cases of returns due to defects/defects are considered on an individual basis.

Special conditions for cash on delivery orders:

If the goods were delivered cash on delivery and upon receipt you discovered a shortage or defect, then:

• contact the manager who processed your order to agree on further actions;
• such cases are considered individually according to the situation.

Important: Check the product upon receipt at the post office or from the courier. If a defect or damage is immediately noticeable, record this in the delivery note or refuse to receive the package.

Refund

Refunds are made within 7 business days after approval of the return and receipt of the goods at the warehouse. The method of return is agreed with the client.
