Description
Uponor Aqua Pipe is made of cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xa and is designed for cold and hot water supply systems (individual water supply system or centralized water supply system).
Uponor Aqua Pipe series pipe is manufactured with a diameter of Ø from 16 to 110 mm, which is selected depending on the engineering system in which the pipe will be used.
Depending on the working pressure, Uponor Aqua Pipe pipes are divided into PN 6 (working pressure 7 bar) and PN 10 (working pressure 12.6 bar). Accordingly, the PN 10 pipe is manufactured with a thicker wall than the PN 6 pipes.
FEATURES
• Made of high-quality cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xa, in accordance with EN ISO 15875.
• Service life 50 years.
• Maximum operating temperature for hot water supply: Tb = 70 °C; operating pressure 7 bar (PN10 pipe has an operating pressure of 11.2 bar).
• Maximum operating temperature for cold water supply: Tb = 20 °C; operating pressure 12.6 bar (PN10 pipe has an operating pressure of 20 bar).
• Compatible with Uponor Q&E fittings and clamping adapters.
• 50 years of practical experience.
Uponor PE-Xa pipes are easily connected using Uponor Quick & Easy (Q&E) fittings.
Cut the pipe - Expand the pipe with the Q&E ring on it - Connect. Done!
