Uponor Ecoflex Varia Single  is a flexible, pre-insulated single-pipe system designed for transporting heat-transfer fluids in heating networks and water in cooling systems. The combination of an inner pipe, efficient thermal insulation and a protective outer casing ensures reliability, energy efficiency and ease of installation.

Pipe Construction

• Inner pipe: Made of cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xa with an EVOH oxygen barrier layer, which prevents oxygen diffusion into the system.

• Thermal insulation: Made of cross-linked polyethylene PE-X foam with closed cells. The material has low water absorption of 1%, helping to maintain its thermal insulation properties throughout its service life.

• Protective outer casing: Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The corrugated design provides mechanical protection, while the casing material offers resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
