Thermal insulation of tanks at a brewery

Effective thermal insulation of beer tanks plays a key role in maintaining the stable conditions required to ensure high quality of the final product.

This project used 19 mm thick rubber sheet insulation to improve the thermal efficiency of tanks used in breweries.

Rubber insulation has a number of advantages that make it an ideal choice for the brewing industry:

• High thermal efficiency: Rubber has low thermal conductivity, which helps maintain the temperature inside the tanks.

• Flexibility and strength: The material easily adapts to different shapes and sizes of tanks, resistant to mechanical damage.

• Chemical resistance: The material is resistant to aggressive chemicals, which is especially important when in contact with disinfectants.
