Concrete covering mat 3x4 (12m2)
Description
Multi-layer thermal insulation mats are designed to cover freshly poured concrete in монolithic construction, concrete screeds, repair mortars, and in other cases where heat retention is required for an extended period.
Tarpaulin mats are perfectly suited for use in various climatic conditions, combining high quality, reliability, durability, and ease of installation and operation.
They are highly wear-resistant, can be reused for multiple seasons, and feature waterproof properties. Thanks to the smooth bottom layer, freshly poured concrete does not stick to the mat surface, making them practical and convenient to use.
This is an effective solution for challenging weather conditions, as tarpaulin mats are resistant to rain, snow, high humidity, dry air, and other environmental influences.
Their dense structure and optimal weight provide reliable protection for freshly poured concrete slabs against excessive moisture loss, drying out, and freezing during the curing process. This helps prevent cracks, corrosion, and premature deterioration of concrete structures.
The mats are made from durable tarpaulin combined with foamed polyethylene insulation and a protective polyethylene film layer, ensuring strength and excellent thermal insulation performance.
Standard mats for winter concreting feature a three-layer construction and measure 12 m² (3 × 4 m). They are equipped with metal eyelets around the perimeter, allowing secure fastening and easy connection of multiple mats together.
