Шнур гідроізоляційний бентонітовий 10х20мм (бухта10 м.п.)
Description
Swelling Bentonite Profile is used for sealing construction joints, various connections during concrete works, sealing joints of prefabricated and reinforced concrete structures, as well as for sealing utility connections in buildings and structures and cracks in building structures. Tested and approved for water pressure up to 7 bar.
Rectangular cross-section size: 10x20mm
Supplied as a rolled “tape” in a cardboard box.
Consists of bentonite and a special filler with a crystalline additive.
The bentonite cord is fastened mechanically using dowels and mesh or with adhesive sealant.
With the mechanical method, the cord is fixed along the element on vertical and horizontal surfaces using dowels. Dowels are installed at a distance of 25-30 cm from each other.
If the area of the casting element is large and the level of lateral pressure is very high, the reliability of the fastening must be increased using galvanized steel expanded metal mesh. The bentonite cord is installed so that it is fastened to the concrete surface with dowels together with the mesh.
Compared to traditional joint sealants, SANSTORE bentonite cord 10x20mm is more economical, reliable and durable, with an optimal level of performance.
ADVANTAGES OF USE:
SANSTORE bentonite cord provides sealing in two phases: sealing through immediate swelling upon contact with water and sealing through crystallization.
• Self-injection effect – penetrates cracks and cavities.
• Expansion upon contact with water and contraction in its absence.
• The high natural mineral content ensures limited fatigue over time.
