The clamping bar has a step shape, is made of polyethylene and is designed to securely fasten the spiked membrane to vertical surfaces.

The pressure or edge rail securely presses the membrane and protects against moisture seeping under the spikes of the membrane itself. And the polymer composition will prevent corrosion of the material.

The inexpensive price of the clamping bar will allow you to quickly and efficiently fix the geomembrane to the walls.

The standard length of the clamping bar is 2 m. But it can be easily cut to the required length with a construction knife.

Area of ​​application: fastening element for spiked membrane 400 or spiked membrane 500 in vertical waterproofing of walls, tunnels, parking lots, basements, etc.

ASSEMBLING:

The membrane is pressed against the wall, the joints are glued together using K-2 waterproofing tape with an overlap of just over 20 cm.

The strip is fixed to the wall or plinth using dowels or galvanized screws with a wide cap, while covering the upper edge of the geomembrane.

When attaching the strip to thermal insulation material (XPS, foam plastic, mineral wool), it must be cut to the level of the attachment strip.
