On November 14, 2024, the 3rd Ukrainian Construction Congress was held at the Parkovy KVC

The program of the event consisted of panel discussions, presentations by partners, interviews, and analytical presentations. The main topics of discussion are investments, establishment of new contacts and exchange of experience.
There were about 5,000 guests, more than 150 speakers, 60 partner stands, more than 20 panel discussions, and 8 discussion rooms at the event.

In the main hall number 1, a presentation from partners and a discussion took place:
- basic questions on the real estate market,
- new market structures during the war period,
- crisis in the labor market, shortage of personnel,
- which regions are the best to invest in,
- development of premium housing,
- the role of the state and philanthropists in the process of rehabilitation of veterans,
- industrial parks – strengthening the economy thanks to strong manufacturers,
- investments in the Carpathians
Hall number 2 presented speakers who discussed the following issues:
- investments in hotel business development,
- accessibility and exclusivity,
- EOsel and ЕRenovation programs,
- management companies in the real estate market,
- investments in real estate,
- export and reconstruction,
- wooden windows and translucent structures.
In hall number 3 there was an exhibition of Verified investment projects, in hall 4 a forum of heating technology manufacturers, in halls number 5 and 8 congresses on real estate issues, and in hall number 7 designers and architects held negotiations and presented their projects and solutions.
The speakers were deputies from the Ministry of Economy, Social Policy, owners and managers of construction companies, managers from the banking sector, adviser to the president on barrier-free issues, famous designers and architects, and others.

The Sanstore company presented its company and interesting solutions for construction and decoration at the stand, held negotiations with new partners and received a lot of interesting information from this event.
We are very glad that in such a difficult time in our country there is an opportunity to hold such events and to look to the future with hope and create it together.
