The glue is applied with a brush to both surfaces to be glued. The recommended glue application temperature is 15-20 ° C, humidity is 60-65%.
- For highly adhesive-absorbing materials (e.g. wood), it is recommended to apply the adhesive twice with an interval of 10 minutes between applications. For non–absorbent adhesive surfaces - a single. Drying. The adhesive film must be dried in natural conditions.
- The required drying time depends on the temperature and is usually 5-10 minutes. The end of drying is easy to determine by touch - the glue ceases to be sticky. Gluing. The products should be pressed against each other with adhesive films and compressed (pressed) or rolled with rollers.
- There is no need to leave it under load. The clamping force is 3 - 3.5 kg/ cm2. Attention!
- The time between drying of the glue and compressing should not exceed the open time for this glue - 10 minutes. After 7 to 10 minutes, the strength of the adhesive seam reaches 70% – the maximum. From this moment on, the connection can be operated. Further increase in strength occurs slowly, within 30 - 40 hours.
The adhesive for technical insulation will connect the surface reliably and safely at medium carrier temperatures up to 105 degrees. The compound will be resistant to weather influences and aging.
