Uponor RS3-RS2 reduction adapter
Description
Uponor RS3→RS2 reducing adapter is designed to connect the RS3 series piping system with RS2 system elements, allowing for a smooth diameter reduction or transition to a smaller system series. Ideal for complex engineering networks when you need to connect a large diameter part with a smaller one. The body is made of tin-plated brass, which provides high strength and corrosion resistance. Installation is carried out using press or flange connection technology (depending on the version) and guarantees hermetic integration of both series.

Advantages
-
Allows you to smoothly connect pipeline sections of different series (RS3 and RS2) without using multiple transitions.
-
The brass housing with a tin-plated finish provides increased corrosion resistance and network reliability.
-
Optimizes the engineering design, avoids complex or cumbersome reductions.
-
Suitable for installation in both residential and commercial facilities with various systems.
Installation recommendations
-
Make sure that both series pipes (RS3 and RS2) have compatible mounting connections.
-
Cut the pipe ends at a right angle, clean them of burrs and degrease.
-
Insert the reduction adapter, making sure that the installation depth is maintained for both parts.
-
Perform a hydraulic test of the system after installation and check for leaks.
