Needle-punched geotextile is a geosynthetic material made of short polyester (polyester) fibers in the form of a non-woven fabric, made by the needle-punched method.

Needle-punched geotextile has a high elongation coefficient, as well as excellent drainage and filtration qualities, which allows it to be used not only in construction, but also in other areas of life.

The main functions of a needle punched canvas are:

• distribution of adjacent layers of materials of different fractions (for example, soil base - crushed stone - sand);

• protection of drainage pipes, water and air filtration;

• protection of waterproofing and roofing membranes from damage;

• increases the rigidity of the structure and significantly reduces the likelihood of subsidence;

• reinforcing layer when strengthening slopes, embankments, soils, etc.

Знайшов цей геотекстиль на сайті, коли шукав щось для дренажу біля будинку. У таких речах не дуже розбираюся, але менеджер усе чітко пояснила. Замовлення оформили швидко, доставили теж без затримок. Сам матеріал якісний та зручний у роботі. Вже обгорнув ним дренажну трубу — все лягло добре, вода проходить як треба.
